Quay Quarter Tower awarded world’s most innovative high-rise

We’re happy to hear Quay Quarter Tower has won the 10th International High-Rise Award, awarded for the world’s most innovative high-rise in 2022/23.

It’s been an honour to play a key role in this landmark project which is redefining two blocks in Sydney’s Circular Quay. In a radically sustainable move to integrate existing structures into a regenerated contemporary tower, it’s the world’s first upcycled skyscraper.

This architectural transformation brings the Circular Quay precinct into an age fit for the people of Sydney. Redefining the city and demonstrating what it means to design for a city’s people, Quay Quarter is the result of collaborative action, empathetic place envisioning and technical innovation.

Congratulations to our friends at AMP Capital, 3XN architects, BVN architecture, Multiplex, Arup, Tom Dixon Studio and all the essential collaborators who helped bring this incredible project to life! It’s such a privilege to be part of the making of this iconic part of Sydney alongside the most talented global development leaders and creatives.
